Who We Are
Boss Babe Energy is a not only a podcast, a group, or a blog, it’s an opportunity for women across the globe to come together, network, make friends, learn, grow, and strengthen each other to realize their worth and achieve the goals we all set out for. This is a community for ambitious, self-driven women who want to take their businesses to the next level, after all, we know who really runs the world (Beyonce gave it away)…GIRLS! Success can be achieved alone but it is achieved faster and better, together.
Why did we create this platform? What started as a podcast grew to be so much more. Not only did we receive positive feedback and continuous questions from woman entrepreneurs across the world, we saw the need for a community for women entrepeneurs.

Meet Amanda, one of the founding members of Boss Babe Energy. Amanda is the CEO of 24 East Media, a marketing agency that helps businesses level up through branding, digital marketing, web developmenet, and lead generation. (24-east.com)

Her inspiration behind building this community was working in the corporate world for a boss who felt that women didn't belong in the business world, nor should have the same power men have when it comes to makeing big business decisions.

Her ultimate goal is to inspire women around the globe and make sure they know that they are good enough, smart enough, strong enough and THEY SHOULD pursue their dreams. She wants women to feel confident to start the business and have a group of like minded individuals with the same ENERGY to support them no matter what.

Meet Jessica, one of the founders of Boss Babe Energy. Jessica is seasoned in marketing and advertising. She is all about the side hustle- being a media planner by day, and photographer and blogger by night.

She takes pride in balancing her family life among all her passion projects. She strives for success and loves surrounding herself with likeminded women.
